Classroom and Kitchen Training

Quinsigamond Community College offers hands-on education in the hospitality and food service industries. A combination of kitchen and classroom training give you the opportunity to learn both sides of the hospitality business. Students learn in a working kitchen the the Worcester Senior Center as well as manage Bobby M's Diner. The kitchen and diner training along with functions and events allows for a well-rounded education in the front and back of the house.

Entrepreneurial and business courses help you learn the ins and outs of working in hotel or front desk management. Graduating students have the confidence to enter the workforce with work experience gained during the program.

About Quinsigamond Community College
QCC was established in 1963 to provide access to higher education to residents of Central Massachusetts. Since then, enrollment has grown from 300 to over 13,000 full and part-time day and evening students served.
